Refund policy

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Please notify us on receipt of a Damaged/Defective/Wrong product within 48 hours of delivery with supportive photos/videos clearly showing the defect to validate, we will make our best efforts to replace it as early as possible post approval.
  • Our exchange policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange unless explicitly stated.
  • We will accept Exchange, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, or if you think we haven’t met the specification as your per order. Please write us an email with your order number and a reason to exchange the delivered product/ products.
  • Refund will be processed only post validating your request and reason within 48 hours as instructed, upon approval return the product for a refund. If the product reaches us and it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; The product is not different from what was shipped to you; The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s packet, Tag intact, User Manual, Bill slip and all the Accessories Therein), invoice provided during the delivery of the product.
  • If your Return and Refund is accepted then refund will be processed within 10 working days to the same account which we got credited through.
  • Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, but If the order is already shipped, cancellation would not be possible.
  • Partial cancellation in terms of reducing the number of items is possible, unless it violates the minimum order quantity for that particular product.
  • Cancellation will not be acceptable on customized product.
  • If your cancellation is accepted then refund will be processed within 10 working days to the same account which we got credited through.
